It was a cold day in Baltimore.
Remember what you did on Valentine's Day? The day after?
You'd have to look all the way back to February 15th, 2019 to find an afternoon as cold as what we saw today. Unfortunately... the current pattern will not be changing tomorrow...or Wednesday. One area of low pressure moves off shore tomorrow-- keeping cold temperatures around and bringing gusty winds, 20-30mph to the area. This means wind chill values will hang out in the low 30s for most of the day Tuesday.

Another upper level low will slide southward from Canada, bringing polar air back the region through Wednesday. The good news, we'll stay dry, but expect to see more clouds Wednesday.
The weather pattern gets better heading towards the second half of the week, with temperatures soaring back towards the 50s.
