High pressure slides to our south tomorrow-- but we'll be close enough to see plenty of sunshine! Temperatures will gradually climb into the mid to upper 40s through the afternoon-- but I'm expecting it to feel a bit chilly due to the elevated winds. Wind gusts between 25-35, despite afternoon highs in the upper 40s-- means our maximum wind chill for Tuesday tops out near 40°
We'll see more cloud cover trickle into the area on Wednesday. The good news-- we will be rain free; the bad news-- temperatures will be a degree or two cooler due to the clouds. Winds will relax and will become more southerly--leading to milder overnight temperatures for Thursday morning.
Another system approaches on Christmas Eve-- and we'll see plenty or rain... that looks to transition to wintry mix overnight...and a few flurries EARLY Friday morning. We'll update you more on that over the next couple of days--
