The Leonid meteor shower is set to peak tonight but unfortunately clouds look to be in the way. This particular shower usually produces 10-15 meteors per hour in the eastern sky above above before dawn.
Once again this is not an epic show especially with the clouds above and a bright wanning gibbous moon which looks to obscure the view. If we can luck out magically and get a few holes in the clouds above this meteor shower is for you. Just stay away from the city lights and look to the east for this nice November space sky show.
