Morning showers for most of us-- with a chance of sleet/freezing rain north and west of the city, will make for a slippery commute for some tomorrow. The good news, I expect us to be dry and see plenty of sunshine heading into the afternoon and temperatures should top out near 50°! Unfortunately, colder air behind this system will filter in tomorrow evening causing temperatures to only climb into the 30s Wednesday afternoon.
Then our attention turns to our next weathermaker. Another area of low pressure is expected to develop near the Gulf of Mexico and drift northward by Thursday. We'll see snow chances late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The mid-level look to climb above freezing by afternoon-- introducing a chance for sleet/freezing rain into the forecast. Still a little too early to talk totals--but stay tuned!
