BALTIMORE — Good Wednesday evening everyone! After our spring-like day, temps drop back into the upper 40s this evening as clouds increase. Tomorrow is mostly cloudy as temps again make a run in the 60s. There is a chance for some showers tomorrow as well, but most of us remain on the dry side. Friday we will be right on the edge of some clouds and even a few rain showers as the trailing cold front slowly clears the state. The best chance of seeing rain will be to the south and east of our area. While we do see more spring-like weather, temperatures on Friday will only get into the upper 50s. Our eyes are on the weekend now as a system begins to form over the Carolinas and slide to the north. This could lead to a messy setup where some frozen precipitation could be seen depending on how much cold air this system will drag in. At the moment, this system looks to be a cold rainmaker outside of the mountains. It certainly a good weekend to keep an eye out on. This wet weather will clear out as we head into the new work week and see a return of warm air to bump us back to the 50s.
