Over 1" of rain fell today in the Inner Harbor, and showers stay in our forecast. Breakfast and lunch plans will be fairly wet, with the heaviest rain arriving around noon. We could see another .25". The cold air stays as well... we are 15 degrees cooler than normal! If you like it warm and dry, get ready. Wednesday, we get more sun and little more heat to make us seasonal. However, it is Saturday where temps will soar into the 80s! Right in time for Preakness; so hopefully you have your big hat ready to shade you.
