Wind, clouds, showers and storms are on tap for today as we close out the 4th month of the year.
April has been a soggy month with 4.28 inches so far ( not including today's rain).
Today we could receive up to 1-2 inches of rain with 3 inches locally. With all the rain occurring in a short period of time, the potential for flooding is on the table.
An Areal Flood Watch is en effect from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. today.
The heavy rain and thunderstorms will wrap up tomorrow evening just in time for the weekend!
