A cold front moving through in the early morning will bring rain for the morning commute. Rain totals should be between .10-.25" with most of that coming before 5AM. By 6:30 expect roads to be wet with light showers lingering through the Baltimore city up to Cecil county.
The rain should come to an end around 8 or 9 am while quickly taking out all clouds. The sun has a hard time warming us up because behind the front the winds are high. Gusting occasionally near 30 mph will make it feel like the low 40s even though the forecast calls for the low 50s.
Tuesday, the winds will decrease and temperatures will finally feel like the 50s. Next chance of rain comes with a warm up on Thanksgiving.
