Thunderstorms this morning have put down a lot of rain in a short period of time, which has led to a Flash Flood Warning in Howard County until 11:45 a.m. today. A Flash Flood Watch has been extended until 2 p.m. today for Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard and Carroll County.
To refresh your memory, a Flash Flood Watch means conditions are favorable for Flash Flooding and a Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring and you need to get to higher ground.
Remember, don't drive through flooded roads.
