Stock up on sweatsuits, it looks like you may need them a bit longer! As a cold front moves through Sunday night, temperatures Monday will fall 10 degrees. Not too big of a deal though, it just takes us from 80 to 70, Right where we are suppose to be for this time of year. Winds will be high, sustained 15-25 mph which might make it feel a little cooler. Tuesday Temperatures fall another 10 degrees as winds are ushered in from the cooler northwest. That puts us in the low 60s/upper 50s for the mid to end of the week. But it gets even colder. The Climate Prediction Center is forecasting that in the next 6-10 days (Next Saturday to Wednesday), we could average temps 25 to 30 degrees cooler than normal!! It will also be drier than normal too. At least these severe thunderstorms will take a break then.
Get Ready for the Cold to Return
