Normaly the last week of April has temperatures closing in on the 70s. That is not the case for Monday. Instead it will feel like like March 19th when the normal high temperatures is 55 degrees. It is all due to northwesterly winds that are rushing in. The good news is that the wind will help to clear out the clouds... although it will take a few hours, a lot of hours actually. Sunshine will be out by 6PM.
The winds will average 10-20 MPH, however they could gust closer to 30 MPH in the early afternoon between 1and 3 PM. So working out indoors might be more enjoyable than battling the wind and cold outside. Otherwise you could use the cold as your motivation to run real fast so you can stay warm.
Temperatures return to seasonal by Wednesday, but it comes with heavy rain. Rainfall totals will be between 1-2" leading to possible flooding for the mid to late work week.
