BALTIMORE — After a dry start to the week, wet weather is about to make a return. A large area of low pressure will spread rain across Maryland Thursday and Friday.

Clouds increase early Thursday. Rain pushes in by Thursday afternoon. Some of the rain will be heavy at times. With recent rains, flooding will remain a concern. Areal Flood Watches have already been issues across much of the Eastern Shore and will likely be expanded to Central Maryland.

One to two inches of rain is possible, increasing our already impressive 2018 yearly precipitation record.
