A beautiful stretch of mostly sunny and comfortable weather will come to an end by tomorrow. Tons of sun will prevail again today along with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s!
As SUNsational as the weather has been, we still need rain. The good news: There is a chance for showers tomorrow. The bad news: There is a chance for thunderstorms and some of the storms may be strong to severe.
A few spotty showers are possible tomorrow morning but the bulk of the rain and thunderstorm activity will arrive by the afternoon/evening. The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has us in a marginal risk for severe weather.
A marginal risk is the lowest risk for the threat of severe weather but the bottom line is there is still a risk, so keep your eye to the sky. The biggest threat will be damaging gusty winds if thunderstorms are severe.
