More snow is on the way to Maryland and this time around the ground will be frozen. That means any snow that falls will more than likely stick to the roads, even if it's just a little bit. This can create some pockets of icy conditions.
Be sure to take this threat seriously and allow for more time during your Thursday morning commute.
