From the 60s to the 70s. Temperatures today finally return to seasonal in the mid 70s. It is all thanks to an area of high pressure found in New England. The winds turning around it (clockwise), make Baltimore start out the day with an east wind, thus leading to plenty of clouds. By the afternoon though, the winds will turn southerly, thus making temperatures warm almost 10 degrees from yesterday! More breaks of sun will pop up later in the afternoon. Your BBQ plans look great!

As high pressure is bringing us warmth ans more sunshine, it also allows fog to form in the morning. Visibility will be low for a short time Tuesday and even Wednesday morning as we pull in more moisture and heat from the south.
