BALTIMORE — We have come a long way on our drought. Just three months ago half of the state was abnormally dry. This past week's update cleared the map entirely!
We have no drought or even dry conditions. This could change given the start of February has been very quiet.
January was very active with both rain and snow. That helped get us back to zero.
