High pressure is moving into the area, and that will allow us to see abundant sunshine this weekend! Winds will decrease tonight as high pressure moves in tonight--but with clear skies in place, temperatures will drop into the low 20s overnight. As we head into the day tomorrow temperatures will quickly warm into the 40s, and by afternoon I'm expecting highs to reach the lower 50s. With more southerly flow and sunny skies in place on Sunday-- temperatures will be a little warmer, warming into the mid 50s-- making Sunday the weekend winner.
Rain chances will return as we head into the week-- but I believe we will stay dry for most of Monday. You'll want to keep the umbrella nearby as a low pressure system will move north of us swinging moisture in and out of the area through Thursday. Colder temperatures will arrive Thursday and it looks like some folks will see a few flurries. Right now, it looks like flurries at best, so minimal impact is expected.
