BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police officers made a surprise visit to a 9-year-old boy after he was upset he had to stay inside for his birthday.
On Sunday, officers from the Nothern and Eastern District went to deliver a birthday cake and balloons to 9-year-old Jayelin in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
Major Rich Gibson said his mother asked officers to check on him because he was upset he had to stay in the house for his birthday.
