BALTIMORE — A new food distribution site was set up at Henderson Hopkins School in East Baltimore for community families in need, and the photo shown above demonstrates just how much the community needs assistance.
A representative with Johns Hopkins shared the images, stating that the Maryland Food Bank delivered 7,000 pounds of food and was able to serve about 400 families. In the pictures you see the cars backed up for blocks waiting.
Johns Hopkins partnered with the Maryland Food Bank to distribute groceries at the school for those in need, every Friday for the next 10 weeks.
