BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — On Tuesday, an 89-year-old was still able to celebrate her big day.
Her lawn was decorated with flamingos and flowers. People drove by to wish her a happy birthday and her family passed out twinkies to the attendees.
"This is a wonderful way to celebrate when we can't do anything else. It's wonderful to see all these people and I enjoy this very much."
Kay is also a fighter; she is currently going through cancer treatment.
