HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. — Celebrating birthdays while social distancing has been hard, but families are coming up with ways to get it done.
A Havre De Grace family held a parade for Marcus Stansbury to celebrate his 100th birthday.
Marcus was in the second graduating class of the Havre De Grace Colored High School.
He is also a World War II veteran.
He used to be a ventriloquist, a chef and played several instruments.
His brother said he's so appreciative of the community coming together to celebrate him.
"It takes me back a long way, plays every instrument he is the neighborhood, anything they need done in the neighborhood they come get Marcus."
