May Day baskets honor essential workers in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — From roots to seeds that signal life of beauty. At 10 a.m. this morning, the rain stopped. The sun came out and so did the flower baskets.

For 65 years, every first of May, Annapolis decorates itself in flowers.

This year, as you know is different.
