ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Ruth's Chris Steak House in Annapolis says "We're Open Baltimore!"
The restaurant is offering food, wine and cocktails to go for curbside pickup or delivery through UberEats and DoorDash Tuesday through Saturday from 4-8 p.m.
